Ugg...I hate heat!
We are getting hit by the same heat wave, but we do have AC...you are welcome to join us for the weekend and wait out the heat!
Do what Lilac does. Get your shirt wet and then put it back on. It works! Or get a sheet wet and make a tent with it with a fan blowing through it.
I kept hearing about everyone near where you live complaining about the heat and coveting air conditioning. I couldn't figure out why they didn't turn their own on (until my sister told me no one had them b/c it rarely gets that hot and now they are all sold out).
we have the same heat.... you can waite it out here....:D.....or more fun, you can go to the beach all day and play in the water. at least that way you do not have to drive all the way here with hot kids in the car.
